1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LRC PRO website and digital products (collectively, the "Service") operated by WAVEEE LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

The Service offers digital products including e-books, guides, and supplier contact lists ("Digital Products"). All Digital Products are delivered electronically via email upon successful payment. Product descriptions are provided with reasonable accuracy; however, minor discrepancies may occur. Images and illustrations displayed on the Service are for reference purposes only and may not be contractually binding.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include all applicable taxes. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing at any time; however, the price at the time of order confirmation will apply to that transaction. Promotional offers are valid while supplies last and for the duration indicated. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your financial information is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Promotional codes, when available, may be applied at checkout.

Orders are placed through the Service by adding products to your cart and completing payment via Stripe. An order is considered final upon payment confirmation. A confirmation email containing the download link will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Digital Products are delivered instantly via email. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam folder and contact our support team through the Contact page.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the Digital Product has been delivered and accessed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a digital product that is delivered immediately, and you waive any right to a refund upon delivery. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchased content, please contact our support team and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

All content provided through the Service and within the Digital Products, including but not limited to text, images, guides, and contact lists, is the intellectual property of WAVEEE LLC and is protected under United States copyright law and international treaties. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, or create derivative works from the purchased content, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization from the Company. Unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

THE SERVICE AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. The Digital Products are informational resources and networking tools. The Company does not guarantee any specific commercial results. The use of contacts and information provided is at the sole risk and responsibility of the purchaser. The Company shall not be held liable for any results obtained by the purchaser in connection with their business activities.
